Mountain Oak was an early favorite from Alexander Design. Nestled in the Los Feliz Oaks area, this was a renovation of a Moorish style Spanish that was built in the ‘30s. Our writer and director client was a bachelor at the time and wanted a place that felt vibey and masculine and played to the history of the home and the area without feeling in any way contrived or kitschy. The result was a timeless yet modernized retreat rooted in history, but modern in the way it lives.
