This Venice Loft residence and creative space welcomes the blurry lines between worlds. Embracing full immersion of work and life in one fluid space, the townhouse functions as a series of connected multi-faceted rooms with no boundaries in sight. With an enviable art collection on display, the edgy energy is complemented by a full array of custom fittings from its bronze columns and front door, to the entire library of furnishings that were designed to fit the massive space, creating a vibe of warmth, creativity, and luxury. This project was a to-the-studs renovation that AD helmed.
